How to take your measurements Description: This 1920s lindy lace costume will keep that jazz playing all night long. The black flapper dress is made of a polyester and spandex blend. Tiers of black fringe adorn the dress from the V-shaped neckline to the bottom, including the front of the shoulder straps, which have a racer-back style and end in a bow behind the neck. A faux-pearl necklace is included, as well as an elastic-lined, black-sequined headband attached with a black costume feather (please note the the necklace pearls are all of uniform size, not varying in size as shown in the picture). This dress is very short, hot pants are recommended. Pair up with one of our gangster costumes for a couples costume straight from the roaring 20s!
