Travel back to the 1920s in this beautiful black flapper costume. This two-piece costume features a dress and matching head piece. The dress is made from polyester and has a black sequin trim across the top. It is sleeveless and has seven rows of fringe that sway with every move. The head band is secured with elastic and covered in black sequins. A large black feather is attached in the middle.
