Dress just like women did in the 1920s with this beautiful high quality black plus size flapper costume. This costume is made of velour and has sequin trim around the collar and open-petal sleeves. The waist of the dress is made of elastic and black and silver sequin decorate the skirt. In addition a layer of trim lines the bottom and dances with every move made. The dress is attached to a spandex leotard for added control. The costume also includes a black and silver sequin choker and a matching headpiece with a feather. Complete this costume with our black boa for an authentic 1920s look.
