Q: How do I get a different size or costume? A: You must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received within 14 days of the original order. This is because the desired item maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return and also ensures the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). Q: Is it possible for me to get a costume tomorrow (overnight)? A: Yes, depending on the time of day ordered we can ship costumes overnight, for extreme cases we can ship fed ex overnight guaranteed. If you need an item this quick please call us at 507-386-0207 and we will be happy to help you.
Q: How can I make my feather boa appear even more full? A: Our boas are very full and of high quality. The boas may appear flat upon receipt due to shipping. To fluff your boa to it's full potential simply put it in a clothes dryer with a towel until fluffy or, use a hair dryer to fluff your boa.
